It's so easy to get stuck in a rut with the same old meetings and ideas at work. In this training geared towards better brainstorming, we'll jumpstart our creative engines with tricks and games to get unlikely solutions quickly, ultimately improving not just workplace outcomes, but team morale as well. We'll learn how to pivot off of others’ ideas, use different perspectives to our advantage, and connect the dots between seemingly disparate ideas. This workshop is high energy and on-your-feet.

And if you’re still not sold: Creativity and collaboration are vital to problem solving. Research shows that collaborative work environments are five times as likely to be high performing, and that they have more committed, engaged, and successful employees. Meanwhile, studies also show that children score 98% in creative mindset, while adults only score 2% -- meaning that we “unlearn” this skill over time, but that creativity can be (re)learned.
